24 x 36 x 7 Pans

Our Inventory is now fully stocked on these. We have 17 of the 2' x 3' x 7" deep pans ready to go. We will be starting the 2 x 3 Divided pans this weekend. We are making other pans as needed but will make our way to the 2 x 2's and the finishing pans soon. Still working on the arch and are excited to release it in December.

2 x 3 Arch prototype

I got the metal in this week to start our new arch. The arch will be made to fit a 2 x 3 pan and have a 6" stack. Here is what we have so far. Sorry for the poor quality pics. I just snapped them with my phone before I shut down for the day. This is just a rough draft, the bottom bars arent put in yet for under the arch, and the sheet steel hasn't been cut yet. The front will be plasma cut this time, and if all goes well, we will make the next ones laser cut. It will have an ash clean out.

Work, Work, Work

Good night in the shop tonight. Well the time I spent in it. My wife's sister had a baby today. Titus Christian Anderson.  So I stopped at the hospital after work to see them. Had a bite to eat at the cafe with the family, then out to the shop. My helper Dan wrapped up 3  BIG packages tonight, and will be shipping tomorrow. I got more work done on my custom pan.

This week's update

This week a great deal of progress was made. I finished up a big order of pans, and will be shipping them out Monday. Since winter is just around the corner, I finished up the furnace project( upgraded ducting for more efficiency). Today I put to work the sketches,and cutting that I did this week.I was really happy with how things were fitting up considering this is the first modified edge that I made. This particular pan will have 3 dividers, and 2 float boxes. It is a 2 x 3 and is 10 " overall, 7" dividers. The customer is supplying their own floats. This style top adds a lot of strength to the sides of the pan.

I am now able to directly accept credit cards. Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.

I have the account set up, and may have to work out a kink or two, as I haven't used it yet. A little patience would be great as I step forward into this new territory. I'm glad to be free from Paypal, as not everybody has paypal accounts, and it has been a problem a few times.
