I'm making my plans for this week, and it looks very busy. I'm debating on either getting up at 4 a.m. and starting early or staying in the shop until 9 p.m. tomorrow. I'll let you know how that works out. I've been receiving quite a few orders and I assure you I will do all that is in my power to get these pans to you before the season starts.
On a seperate topic, I am going to Romania in June with our church to help build a dormatory/dining hall for their Bible institute in Timisora. It will be from June 4-12 and am really looking forward to going. I thank the Lord for using this business as a means to pay for the trip($1200),and Lord willing to help support another's trip.
I will post progress pictures of tomorrows progress in the evening.

Saturday in the shop
I got my new stainless in on Thursday. I sheared 28 pans worth of steel yesterday, and formed them all today. Talk about a long day. I couldnt help myself, so I had to tack one up. Then I decided I had to at least weld one side so I can see what the final product will look like. It looks great!! I'm really happy with how it turned out, it was worth it to me. I really have to be careful now, not to scratch anything on the inside, since both sides are polished. Here are some pics. I just have the two sides welded, the bottom is just tacked now.

New Stainless is in!!
Today I picked up my shipment of stainless sheetmetal. I'm using the 2ba finish now, which looks a lot nicer. Here's a couple sample pics of the finish. I will have one welded up tomorrow and post more pics. I'm really looking forward to bumping up the look of my pans. I also will be carrying stainless ball valves for the 1/2" draw offs. They will be $25, and can be added to any purchase for no additional shipping.

Sorry for no posts lastely. I've been up to my gills in work. A friend of mine,Luke, has been helping out a bit polising and shipping prep. I'm looking forward to next week(lay off week), so I can see my family some more. Its been some long days, and longer nights, but I've finished some big project pans, and am moving on. Orders and emails have been steadily coming in,and I'm trying to keep up with them. I'm thankful for a very understanding wife, and will make sure to treat her ,and the kids, when the season is over. I will try to post some pictures tomorrow. Stay tuned..... 4:45 a.m. comes quick so I'll post more progress tomorrow.

Updates
Yesterday I picked up 3 more sheets of steel, and a sheet of expanded metal( for filter trays). I'm using this as a bridge until I get my 304 2BA (bright annealed) stainless in. Its going to take about a week. I'm really looking forward to making these in a polished finish. Here are some comparison photos of 2b(currently using) and 2ba(on the way).
